This is Mac OS X specific command and it will fail on heroku or any other linux server.
… foreman start is called from rake task

Resolves Issue #21
Complex param interpolation is not allowed in Procfiles so I moved that logic into a separate bash script and modified the
setup:runrake task to supplyFrontierwith the correct default. This now works a treat.
